Responsibilities:
Let's have fun! This is not a full-time job (approximately 20 hours per week).
1. ​Community Engagement
-
Foster a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere by facilitating events and engaging with guests;

Help manage the WhatsApp group for the location.
​
2. Member Support
-
Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary;

Ensure everyone is onboarded and feels part of the family;

Manage the onboarding and offboarding of guest.
3. Commitment
-
A 2-month commitment is required to truly understand the community and how both Nomadico and the role function.

Attend our Community Manager meetings twice per month, together with volunteers from all over the world.
