Tips from locals
You’ll be living in the upper part of Bansko, about a 15-minute walk from the town center and our coworking space. It’s a beautiful stroll along a small stream running through the middle of town, with Vihren’s mountain peak in the background.
There are plenty of cozy spots to grab breakfast, but our favorite is Le Petit Nicolas, their croissants are the bomb.
Head uphill instead, and in just 15 minutes you’ll be surrounded by nature. And if you’re into cold plunges, you’re in for a treat. Walk another 15 minutes up and you’ll reach a lush mountain setting with an idyllic riverside spot, the perfect way to kickstart your morning before getting to work.

You can reach Bansko easily from Sofia Airport in about 3 hours:
