JUAN'S HOME

Tucked into Colombia’s famous coffee region, this quiet oasis gives you space to recharge, get stuff done, and step into nature anytime.

WORKSPACE | COLIVING MANIZALES

Powered by WiFi and fresh air

Reliable internet from both Starlink and fiber keeps you connected, and the newly built workspace gives you a spot to settle in when you want to get things done. Every room has its own desk for private deep-focus sessions, and the views of the mountains and gardens make work feel a little less like work.

You can choose from indoor or outdoor setups with plenty of fresh air and natural light. Whether you are diving into a big project or casually checking emails between hammock breaks, there is always a space that matches your pace.

COMMUNITY | COLIVING MANIZALES

Grounded · Familiar · Nature

Our community in Manizales has a way of growing on you, shaped by the hills, the locals, and the curious souls who wander in. Days begin with coffee overlooking the hills and unfold into cowork sessions, long walks with Juan, or spontaneous bird-watching in the garden. Evenings often turn into bonfires, shared meals, and deep conversations that feel more like family than travel. Guided by our host Juan and co-created with guests, each week finds its own rhythm - shaped by the mountains, the locals, and the people who gather here.

Manizales

Manizales is that sweet spot where mountain calm meets creative energy. Juan’s home sits just 15 minutes from the city at 1,500 meters, so you get fresh air, year-round spring vibes around 21 degrees, and views that make your laptop feel lighter.

Getting around is easy. The city is super well connected by public transport, so you can hop into town for a café, a cowork vibe, or a local festival without any hassle. Even around the house you’ve got everything you need. Farmers sell fresh produce nearby, small restaurants cook the kind of comfort food that tastes like home, and you never feel far from the essentials.

The city has been repeatedly named the best place to live in Latin America by the UN Habitat LATAM Award, which makes sense once you meet the locals. People are warm, the culture runs deep, and the city feels safe and welcoming from day one.

Manizales is also the gateway to Colombia’s Coffee Cultural Landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Weekends here mean coffee farm visits, traditional haciendas, and sipping some of the best brews on the planet.

Tips from locals

You’ll be living just outside of Manizales, which means you can fully recharge by soaking up all the nature and peaceful scenery around you. If you are looking for some adventure then you’ll find plenty. Waterfalls, viewpoints, secret trails, it’s all right here. Just don’t forget to come back in time for dinner.

There is a bus stop right outside that will take you to Manizales within 20 minutes. Make sure to check out the majestic cathedral and its airy corridor at the top for Andes views. Head to the Chipre neighbourhood for golden hour, a place the poet Pablo Neruda once described as a sunset factory.

Coffee lovers, you’re in heaven. Swing by Hacienda Venezia for coffee, cocoa, and rum tastings, or visit Finca La Romelia to wander among more than 500 types of orchids.
