NOMADICO MEETS KOTOR NEST
We’ve teamed up with one of Montenegro’s OG coliving pioneers to bring you a space that blends old-world charm with nomad needs.

WORKSPACE | COLIVING KOTOR
Focus comes easy by the bay
Whether you’re in deep focus mode or juggling calls across time zones, our spaces are designed to keep you productive. The on-site coworking space fits around six to eight people comfortably, with natural light, ergonomic chairs, and a calm, grounded atmosphere. All rooms include a desk and ergonomic chair too, except for the heritage rooms. You’ll have fiber-optic WiFi and cozy corners to work from, just steps away from cafés, cobblestoned streets, and the sea.
COMMUNITY | COLIVING KOTOR
Hiking · Cosy · Scenic
Tucked inside Kotor’s cobblestoned Old Town, our community thrives on culture, focus, and adventure. Mornings begin with the sound of church bells and walks along the bay, where mountains meet the sea. Workdays flow quietly from deep focus in cosy corners to sunset hikes or music at a nearby bar. Alongside our community manager, guests co-create the rhythm here: weekend hikes, shared dinners, or impromptu kayak trips.

Kotor
Tucked between fjord-style bay views and dramatic mountains, Kotor is a walled stone town where history whispers from every alley. With the town's Roman roots, it’s no surprise this UNESCO-listed spot is bursting with atmosphere - with more digital nomads going every year.
We open doors when the cruise ships have left, so you get the charm without the crowds. Think crisp mornings, sunny afternoons, fast WiFi, and locals who speak great English. Plus, daily walks that feel like you’ve stepped onto a medieval movie set.
It’s all just 15 minutes from the airport - easy to reach, hard to leave. Outside your doorstep? Hike dramatic ridges, paddle quiet coves, or bike the coastal curves. Kotor may be small, but the adventures are anything but.

Tips from locals
Life in Kotor (outside the peak summer buzz) is slow, scenic, and packed with adventure. You’ll be living in the heart of the Old Town - think medieval charm, stone alleys, and a backdrop of Mount Lovćen on one side and the bay’s deep blue waters on the other.
One of the best ways to soak it all in? Hike the lesser-known trail just outside the Old Town walls up to the fortress - less crowded, more magical. Or cycle down from the top for a downhill thrill with views that stop you in your tracks.
For your morning ritual, grab a coffee and raspberry croissant at Mon Bistro Cafeteria, then end your Friday with a local beer at Bandiera Pub, a favorite among locals and nomads.
Montenegro truly shines when it comes to nature. Whether you're paddling the bay, biking mountain trails, or road-tripping around "Boka Kotorska", you’ll quickly realize: one month won’t be enough to uncover it all.
