WORKSPACE | COLIVING ANGLET
Fresh air, better focus
There's a great rhythm to working here. Focus in the coworking space, then head outside for some fresh air between meetings. The nearby forest, sunny terraces, and relaxed atmosphere make it easy to stay productive without feeling glued to your desk all day.
If you're looking for a change of scenery, you can also work from the cozy coffee bar. It has all the charm of your favourite neighbourhood café, making it an inspiring spot for writers, creatives, or anyone who does their best thinking over a freshly made cup of coffee.
COMMUNITY | COLIVING ANGLET
Local · Wellness · Coastal
Mornings can start with yoga (Aurélie leads two free yoga classes each week) or a run through the Chiberta forest, followed by breakfast at the coffee bar, the perfect place to mingle with fellow colivers. Before the afternoon naturally drifts towards the Anglet coast for a swim or a surf session.
By late afternoon, the atmosphere shifts to welcome drinks, shared dinners, and the kind of easy conversation that makes people feel at home. Weekends bring hikes, beach time in Biarritz, and easy escapes to nearby San Sebastian, home to one of the world's highest concentrations of Michelin starred restaurants. Altogether, life here is co-created and feels grounded, local, and deeply connected.

Coastline of both towns
Anglet & the Basque coast
Anglet sits between the historic streets of Bayonne and the surf culture of Biarritz, giving you the best of both worlds. You'll find 11 beaches stretching along the Atlantic, miles of pine forest, riverside cycling paths, and a mild ocean climate that makes it easy to spend time outside year-round. It's the kind of place where mornings start with a walk by the sea, afternoons are productive, and evenings end over great food or a sunset on the beach.
Unlike many famous surf towns, Anglet still feels local. You're surrounded by family-run cafés and neighbourhood markets like Halles de Blancpignon. The region has its own language, traditions, and charming Basque villages such as Espelette. A growing community of remote workers, surfers, and creatives gives the area an international feel, while the local food scene is known for fresh seafood, the famous piment d'Anglet pepper, and irresistible pastries. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into everyday life rather than simply passing through, Anglet is hard to beat.

Opening events - Sept
This opening month is an invitation to discover our coliving through the local life around it: meet Aurelie, settle into the rhythm of Anglet, and connect through simple moments that feel true to the Basque coast and traditions.
Basque Opening Dinner
A Basque-style potluck that begins with a visit to the local market. Discover local flavours, connect around the table, and hear Aurelin’s story behind the house and how this collaboration came to life
Yoga, Forest Walk and Beach Sunset
A slow, grounding start to your stay: yoga at the house, a walk through the Chiberta Forest, and sunset drinks by the beach.

Blancpignon, Anglet
The coliving is located in the Blancpignon neighbourhood, one of those places where you'll quickly stop feeling like a visitor. It's calm, residential, and filled with local cafés, bakeries, and small restaurants instead of souvenir shops. It's also the perfect place to practise your French with locals.
Grab a specialty coffee (roasted in Anglet) and a sweet treat from La Torref, browse the fresh produce at the market, or settle in for a generous brunch at Tinto All Day. From here, it's easy to cycle to the beach, wander through the Chiberta Forest, or enjoy a scenic walk (or run) along the Adour River into the historic centre of Bayonne. It's the kind of neighbourhood that makes everyday life feel easy and welcoming.
Meet our local partner
After exploring the world, Aurélie returned to the Basque coast to create the kind of place she always loved staying in herself. Today, she and her team, including Mia, the home's four legged local celebrity, welcome our community with local tips, a relaxed atmosphere, and a genuine passion for sharing their home to you.

“I stayed here for a week and loved how welcoming the place felt. Aurélie (the host) has created a very cool atmosphere where it’s easy to work, meet people and enjoy the region. I think it’s a great way to explore Bayonne, Biarritz and globally the Basque Country with all the amazing spots around. This place felt perfect for yoga (in-house!) and surfing as well"

Not necessarily. Buses connect you easily with Bayonne, Biarritz, and the beaches, while cycling is a great way to explore the area. Everyday costs like groceries, cafés, and restaurants are generally reasonable, and having a shared kitchen makes it easy to keep your monthly budget under control.

Yes. The home has a dedicated coworking space with reliable fiber optic Wi-Fi, ergonomic chairs, and a private call room. Every bedroom also includes its own desk if you prefer working in a quieter space.
Nearby shops
Everything you need is within walking distance. Pick up groceries at the Halles de Blancpignon market or nearby supermarkets, grab a specialty coffee at La Torref, or enjoy lunch at local favorites like Tinto All Day and Trallala.
What to do in the area
Spend your days surfing, relaxing on one of Anglet's beaches, cycling along the Adour River, or walking through the Chiberta Forest. Explore nearby Bayonne and Biarritz, enjoy the local food scene, or take a day trip across the border to San Sebastián.
Is it safe?
Yes. Aurélie's home is located in Blancpignon, a quiet residential neighborhood in Anglet. The area is known for its relaxed atmosphere, and guests can comfortably walk or cycle to nearby cafés, markets, and public transport during the day and evening.
Is there a community manager?
