Historically, this place has been a summer retreat for locals, but in recent years, it's emerged as a year-round haven for digital nomads and surf enthusiasts. Why? Partly because it is super convenient to Lisbon - 20 minutes by ferry. It offers a cozy town vibe where you can stroll through fantastic coworking spaces, cafes, and bars while enjoying the beach town vibes that come at a fraction of Lisbon's price. The best of both worlds!

We're big on co-creating cool stuff together. It's super important that everyone pitches in with ideas for fun events we can do as a group. But hey, no pressure — you don't have to come to every single thing we plan. We just hope you'll try to make it to our weekly family dinners – they're a blast! Other than that, we've got things like skillshares and workshops on the agenda. And don't worry, our community manager is always around to make sure everyone has an awesome time.

Our three-floor villa is a newly remodeled beautiful portuguese villa. Imagine waking up to panoramic views that stretch across the Lisbon bay, river, and the city itself. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast in the kitchen, grinding away in the workspace, lounging in your room, or, believe it or not, even when you're in the loo, the stunning vistas are everywhere!
Our coliving near Costa da Caparica has 8 sunny rooms all equipped with their own desk and wardrobe. They share 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms and rooftop terrace with killer views. The home has lots of chill common spaces (indoor & outdoor) and a great dining table for family dinners.
But that's not all - our coliving space comes with bicycles and surfboards so your adventures will never stop.

Our home offers three unique workspaces, each with its own vibe. First up, there's a big table in the living room – perfect for spreading out your work and getting into the zone. If you prefer standing while working, check out our small table in the hall. It's got an awesome view that'll definitely inspire your productivity. And for a real treat, head up to our rooftop terrace.
Working there comes with incredible views of Lisbon's river, making it an unbeatable spot for creativity and focus. No matter where you choose to work, you're in for a great environment that caters to your style!
