A community meeting is a casual group check-in where everyone living in the same coliving space comes together to share ideas, give feedback, and co-create the vibe of the house. It’s a space to talk about what’s working, what’s coming up, and what people want more of — socially or practically.
It’s less like a formal meeting and more like a house chat with purpose.

How Does Nomadico Relate to Community Meetings?
At Nomadico, we call these family meetings, and they happen right after our weekly Tuesday dinner. After everyone eats, the community manager takes 10 minutes to ask the group what they’d like to do in the upcoming week — surf sessions, sunset hikes, skillshares, movie nights — anything goes.
It’s light, open, and collaborative — and a great way for guests to feel heard and contribute to the house vibe.
Common Misconceptions About Community Meetings
“It’s going to feel awkward or formal.”
Not at all. It’s relaxed, and often just a natural extension of dinner or hangout time.
