Coliving in Ericeira
Ericeira, a charming Portuguese coastal village and world surf reserve, truly is a gem with one of the friendliest communities of nomads and surfers out there and best beaches and waves. Besides coworking and surfing you will also find lots of opportunities to practice yoga and meditation and explore the amazing food scene with local and international restaurants and bars.
Our Ericeira coliving home is a partnership with Susie and Steve, the owners of Magikvanilla. During the summer Magikvanilla is a surf house, however, from the 1st of November till the end of April we have teamed up to create our cozy coliving home in Ericeira and host our Nomadico community. You can count on a coworking space, desks, laser fast Wifi, a beautiful shared kitchen and heating in all the rooms and common spaces. Welcome home!

In all our communities we focus on co-creation. It's vital that we all participate in thinking about the upcoming events we would like to do together. That being said you are not obligated to attend at every event that is organised. We only ask for you to make an effort to come to the weekly family dinner. Other events can be things like skill-shares or workshops. Our community manager will always be there to help and facilitate a great experience. Home | Coliving Ericeira
Our Ericeira coliving home at Magikvanilla has 7 private rooms and 3 bungalows available. The private rooms share one fully equiped kitchen and have either a private bathroom or shared one. To make sure everyone gets together we have, as always, one community.
To get shit done we have fiber optic internet and one shared workspace that has everything you need. For private space you will find desks inside the rooms (upon request) and other quiet areas around the house. After you are finished with a days work and you are ready to unwind, you can step into the cinema room to watch your favorite movie. We also have a partnership with Base, a local coworking space, for those days you want to boost your productivity even more. There is a friendly community manager who will welcome you upon your arrival and create weekly professional as well as social events.
Work Spaces | Coliving Ericeira
Our home is equipped with its own work spaces for you to work from. The main workspace is regarded by our community as 'the office' :-) , complemented by a quiet room and balcony for more focused work. To ensure uninterrupted meetings, the community created a scheduling system that allows you to reserve a spot in the quiet room when you need privacy and no disturbances.
Rooms & Bungalows | Coliving Ericeira
Private room
You have a choice out of double or single bed private rooms with either a private or shared bathroom. Desks can be installed upon request (without extra cost), and all rooms have heaters (Ericeira can be cold at night).
Bungalow
If you'd like to have more private space with all amenities for yourself, but still be a part of a close community, then our bungalows are perfect for you. Both bungalows have double beds.

Go watch sunset with the community from the beautiful Foz do Lizandro beach, a nice 25 min walk along the cliffs
For the workaholics - watch sunset while getting s*** done from our beautiful living room with ocean and sunset views
Go surfing or take a lesson in Praia Pescadores or Ribeira d’Ilhas, one of the famous beaches of this World Surf Reserve
Walk to the famous Taberna Lebre in the old center and have a classic Prego sandwich with the rest of the local community
Go for a walk around town and check out some of the local independent surf shops
Join the famous parties at 58 on Fridays
