Latin dance!
NomaDancers was born from the fusion of a deep passion for Latin dance and a commitment to building a strong digital nomad community in Colombia. A shared love for travel, cultural immersion, and community-building sparked the idea to create an experience that fosters authentic connections, personal growth, and a deep dive into the rhythm of Latin dance. This initiative bridges nomads with local cultures while making a positive impact in some of the world’s best Latin dance destinations.
After a successful first edition in Cali, the salsa capital, we’re excited to expand our community and create new memories in Medellín!
Join us for an unforgettable three-week Latin Dance Workation, where you’ll live in a co-living space with fellow nomads, immerse yourself in Latin dance, and experience the vibrant culture of this incredible city.
What To Expect
Welcome Dinner – We kick off the experience with a community welcome dinner, getting to know each other before diving into the adventure!
Salsa & Bachata Classes – Three private classes per week with expert instructors. Improve your moves, gain confidence, and have a blast! With late afternoon and evening sessions, you can work during the day and dance at night—plus, join us for real salsa and bachata events with locals!
Colombian Cultural Workshops – Immerse yourself in authentic local traditions with unique hands-on experiences that showcase the richness of Colombian culture.
Breathtaking hikes – Explore Medellín’s breathtaking landscapes with group hikes, where we’ll chase waterfalls, soak in panoramic mountain views, and reconnect with nature—all while sharing unforgettable moments with our nomad community!
Optional Activities – Beyond the included experiences, there will also be extra activities to choose from, so you can personalize your adventure and make the most of your stay!
We keep things laid-back and flexible, ensuring you have plenty of time to work, relax, socialize, and explore at your own pace. And when you need a break, just unwind in the jacuzzi or take in the stunning rooftop views in Laureles!

Our workation home has 15 modern studios, where you’ll feel right at home. With Bernardo, Carol, and our community manager ensuring a warm and memorable stay, you’ll be part of a welcoming and dynamic community.

Our Workspace
Our home has a dedicated coworking floor, ensuring you have the perfect setup to stay productive. It provides a spacious and comfortable workspace with plenty of natural light and a beautiful view overlooking a park. With ergonomic seating, high-speed WiFi, and a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere, it’s designed to support both deep work and collaboration.
If you're in need of a change of scenery, the heart of Laureles is just a 15 min walk away, where you'll find fantastic coworking cafés like Delmuri Café and Pergamino Café. These spots offer vibrant atmospheres, great coffee, and the perfect backdrop for a productive work session.

Location
Living in Belén is experiencing authentic Colombian life in a super chill, conveniently located residential neighborhood. It's affordable and safe, ideal for long-term stays and mingling with friendly locals. You'll be welcomed by a real Colombian family, with highlights like the famous Pueblito Paisa and the chill Parque de Belén nearby.
Laureles is just a couple minutes walk from Belén. The spot if you're looking for a chill yet lively vibe. It's more down-to-earth but still has amazing restaurants, cool brunch places, and a buzzing party area. There's a youthful energy thanks to the university crowd, with lots of digital nomads and young expats hanging out in the coffee shops. The neighborhood is green with parks and even has the main football stadium. If you're up for a real local party scene, check out "La 70" for bar-hopping and dancing to Salsa and Bachata with friendly Colombians.
