We’d love to open a new Nomadico home here in collaboration with a local guesthouse, hostel, or coliving - creating a vibrant hub where remote workers connect, share skills, and contribute to the local community. Whether that’s collaborating on projects or hosting open events, we believe coliving should add something to the place it calls home.

And have you heard of Costa da Caparica? Just 20–30 minutes from Lisbon’s center, it’s becoming a quiet hotspot for nomads who want Lisbon Bay views with daily surf sessions. The vibe is relaxed, a little salty, and very much on the rise. No car? No problem. You can hop on the ferry from Trafaria straight into Lisbon’s port.

You can spend your mornings coworking, your afternoons surfing, and your evenings exploring a surprisingly rich food scene - from cozy local tasquinhas to international restaurants and beach bars. Yoga sessions, meditation spots, and scenic cliff walks are never far away.

Our Nomadico home sits on the south side of town, within walking distance of the center’s cafés and just 10 minutes from Foz do Lizandro beach. Expect laid-back vibes, spontaneous adventures, and a community that actually hangs out together. And on days when you don’t feel like leaving the house? There’s a swimming pool, garden, pool table, skate ramp, and plenty of shared space to settle in.
