Coliving in Split

Split is a great option for digital nomads who want to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle while still staying productive. With its historic old town, Adriatic beaches, and islands just a ferry ride away, the city offers a relaxed coastal base with plenty to explore.

Life here moves at a pleasant pace. Mornings often start with coffee along the Riva promenade, work sessions happen in sunny cafés or apartments near the sea, and evenings are spent wandering through the old town or catching a sunset by the water. And when the weekend comes around, ferries leave daily for islands like Hvar, Brač, and Vis.

We don't have a coliving open in Split yet. We’re currently exploring the destination and looking for the right local partner to create a coliving space here together. There’s growing interest from remote workers, but dedicated coliving options are still limited - which makes Split an interesting place for us to open a home.

Coworking Split

Split doesn’t have a huge coworking scene, but many remote workers rely on cafés around the city to get their work done.

One spot that comes recommended is Stow Coffee, a specialty coffee bar known for great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere where working from your laptop is common. It’s a popular place for digital nomads to settle in for a few hours of focused work.

You’ll also find a few other cafés around the old town and nearby neighborhoods where remote workers set up during the day.

Between the café culture, sea views, and laid-back lifestyle, Split can be a comfortable place to stay productive while enjoying life on the Adriatic.
