Llubi & Búger

Llubi, Mallorca

You'll be living right in Llubí, a small stone-built town on the Pla de Mallorca where cafés, bars, markets and local shops stay open all year. Unlike Mallorca's resort towns, Llubi feels very local. There are old stone houses, windmills, a weekly market, a theatre, a library and Sa Farinera cultural centre, while the surrounding countryside opens into hiking trails (right from your doorstep) and some of the island's most beautiful cycling roads.

Hike towards the Ermita del Sant Crist and the Talaiots des Racons, cycle through Muro, Sineu, Santa Margalida and Petra. Head north and you'll hit S'Albufera Natural Park and the beaches at Playa de Muro and Es Comú. The UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana mountains are close enough for day trips too, with Selva, Caimari and Sóller opening the door to some of Mallorca's best known landscapes.

And when you want to stay local? Everything is within walking distance;  groceries (many options to choose from), gyms, coffee or something to eat at S'Espipellada (laptop-friendly café), Can Menescal, Molí de Son Rafal or Ca'n Daica. It's a more connected version of inland Mallorca: with plenty to do without ever feeling overwhelming. 

Búger, Mallorca

You'll be living in Búger. It's a 20-minute drive from the bustling town of Alcúdia and the ocean, a truly peaceful oasis in northern Mallorca. This remote spot offers a genuine Balearic experience, far removed from the typical touristy areas. You can start your hikes straight from the house, with the natural reserve Fonts Ufanes and Puig de Santa Magdalena mountain right next door. For water sports enthusiasts, kitesurfing in Alcúdia and kayaking in Port de Pollença are fantastic options.

You’ll have everything you need within walking distance, from quaint local shops in Búger to a huge garden to relax in. The family that owns the property are locals, and their farmland surrounds the house. We even have a veggie garden where we grow our own vegetables.

The village of Búger is close by, perfect for grabbing groceries, enjoying a coffee, or dining at a local restaurant. Forn Can Rafel, a bakery in Búger, is world-renowned for its ensaïmada, a pastry product from Mallorca.

Mallorca, The Island

With its stunning beaches and a diverse mix of culture, Mallorca is beginning to see a change in visitors. When you look past the party scene of major resorts (only in summer), Mallorca is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, offering hiking, diving, cycling, climbing and watersports. Mallorca is also not short on cultural and culinary experiences.

Our two homes sit just a 15-minute drive apart in northern Mallorca, each offering a different way to experience the island. Stay in the lively market town of Llubí, or choose our countryside home just outside the village of Búger, surrounded by farmland and nature. Both are within easy reach of the Serra de Tramuntana, beautiful beaches, and countless cycling and hiking routes.​​​

How to get to Nomadico?

We have two coliving locations in Mallorca, both easily accessible from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) with taxi, bus + train or car rental. Please check our Llubí and Búger pages for exact details.


Ferry options:

  • ⛴️ Port of Palma – Connections from Barcelona, Valencia and Dénia. From the port, Llubí is ~35–40 min by car.

  • ⛴️ Port of Alcúdia – Direct connections from Barcelona. From the port, Llubí is only ~25–30 min by car, making it a particularly convenient option.


We'll send detailed arrival instructions for your specific Nomadico home before check-in.

Public transport - do I need to rent a car?

  • Mallorca has good bus connections, but renting a car or scooter gives you full freedom to explore the island.

  • We’ll connect you with trusted local partners. You can also enjoy going around by renting a bike.

  • There is no Uber.

Is it safe?

  • Very safe, with no particular areas or situations guests need to be mindful of. Local emergency number is 112 (Spanish, Catalan, English and German support); the closest hospital is Inca Hospital.

Coworking - can I take calls & rely on good Wi-Fi?

  • Yes, both our Mallorca coliving locations offer dedicated workspaces, reliable high-speed WiFi and desks in rooms. Check each location page for details on the workspace setup and facilities.

  • Book directly through Nomadico’s website.

  • Payment is secure and flexible - we accept credit card, Wise, iDEAL, Apple & Google Pay or bank transfer.


Once booked, you’ll receive a guide with local tips and arrival info.

Is it expensive?

  • Prices vary by season. Local meals are €8–12, coffee €1–3 & a beer €2.20.

  • While more affordable than many other Mediterranean islands and major European cities, it is generally more expensive than mainland Spain due to its island status. Overall, you’ll find great value for a Mediterranean island.
