You'll have two dedicated coworking spaces, each designed for a small group of around 4–6 people. Expect fiber-optic WiFi, ergonomic chairs and everything you need for a productive workday.
Every private room also has its own desk, so you can easily switch between coworking with the community and working from your room. Between calls, step into the garden (and make a wish in the well), head up to the rooftop for a change of scenery, or walk five minutes into Llubí for a coffee at a laptop-friendly café.

Community life here often extends beyond the house. Together, you'll discover traditional markets, local festivals, artisan workshops, wineries, hidden cafés and scenic cycling routes across the Pla de Mallorca. Some weeks that might mean joining a local event, other times it's simply heading out as a group to explore another corner of the island.
The Town Hall also runs a steady calendar of hiking, cultural and sports activities, making it easy to connect with the local community. Hang out at the library, see what's happening at the cultural centre Sa Farinera, or join an artisan workshop at the Escuela Artesana.
The energy shifts with the season too. During the cooler months Mallorca becomes greener, and more agricultural, with almond blossoms appearing towards the end of winter. Later in the year, longer days bring more time outdoors, beach trips and a variety of adventures across the island. Romy and our community manager help bring it all together, connecting you with the people, culture and food so you can experience Mallorca the way a local would.

Llubí, Mallorca
You'll be living right in Llubí, a small stone-built town on the Pla de Mallorca where cafés, bars, markets and local shops stay open all year. Unlike Mallorca's resort towns, Llubi feels very local. There are old stone houses, windmills, a weekly market, a theatre, a library and Sa Farinera cultural centre, while the surrounding countryside opens into hiking trails (right from your doorstep) and some of the island's most beautiful cycling roads.
Hike towards the Ermita del Sant Crist and the Talaiots des Racons, cycle through Muro, Sineu, Santa Margalida and Petra. Head north and you'll hit S'Albufera Natural Park and the beaches at Playa de Muro and Es Comú. The UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana mountains are close enough for day trips too, with Selva, Caimari and Sóller opening the door to some of Mallorca's best known landscapes.
And when you want to stay local? Everything is within walking distance; groceries (many options to choose from), gyms, coffee or something to eat at S'Espipellada (laptop-friendly café), Can Menescal, Molí de Son Rafal or Ca'n Daica. It's a more connected version of inland Mallorca: with plenty to do without ever feeling overwhelming.

Italian by birth and living in Spain since 2001, Romy has spent much of her career opening hotels and resorts and creating the visual identity and experience behind them.
Mallorca eventually pulled her towards something truly special. She fell for the island's inland landscapes, traditional towns, local culture and enchanting Mediterranean energy.
Together with Nomadico, she transformed her guesthouse into a coliving home. An 18th-century house that started life as a horse stable, it still carries traces of its past in the original stone walls and wooden beams she's spent years lovingly restoring.

How to get to Nomadico?
Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) is the island’s main hub, with many direct flights across Europe. You can also arrive by ferry from mainland Spain for a more scenic journey.
From Palma de Mallorca Airport:
🚕 Taxi (Easiest & Fastest) – ~35–40 min, around €65–85.
🚌🚆 Bus + Train (Budget Option) – ~1h40 total, around €8–10. Take the airport bus to Palma, then the train to Llubí.
🚗 Car Rental (Flexible) – ~35–40 min drive. A great option for exploring the island, with free parking at the coliving.
Ferry options:
⛴️ Port of Palma – Connections from Barcelona, Valencia and Dénia. From the port, Llubí is ~35–40 min by car.
⛴️ Port of Alcúdia – Direct connections from Barcelona. From the port, Llubí is only ~25–30 min by car, making it a particularly convenient option.

Very safe, with no particular areas or situations guests need to be mindful of. Local emergency number is 112 (Spanish, Catalan, English and German support); the closest hospital is Inca Hospital.
