Community coliving, with a little more freedom
Community is at the heart of Nomadico, and this will never change.
We deeply believe in the power of community and meaningful connections. Especially in a world that is increasingly individualistic, nomadic and centered around technology.
"Community does not come in one shape or form"
However, we have learned over the last four years that community does not come in one shape or form. There is no one-size-fits-all formula. Even for the same person, community needs can vary throughout the year and across different life situations.
For different people, locations, situations and times of the year, there can be different levels and types of community within the Nomadico ecosystem. Ultimately, giving more options and catering to different needs, creating a more diverse and complete experience, is fully aligned with our mission and values.
Our learnings
In a bit more detail, some of our key learnings:
People have different preferences
The classic all-under-one-roof coliving, with coworking, a community manager and 3+ events per week, is and will continue to be a big part of our focus at Nomadico. This is our signature experience and we love it. Having said that, this is often not the preferred choice for people year-round and, for some, it is not the preferred choice at all.
Loneliness while traveling is real, especially for long-term traveling nomads. However, too much socializing can also take a toll. Often, after several months of coliving, people need a little break. Couples, seasoned nomads or more independent travelers also tend to prefer having a bit more free flow and privacy, while still having access to community.
Not every home fits one model
On the other hand, we have also learned that there are limitations in terms of how, where and when we can open Nomadicos with our current model. Everything-under-one-roof coliving creates complexities that do not match all properties and seasons.
We want to open more destinations, seasons and types of properties and experiences. For this to happen, we need to reduce the complexity and get creative with how we can deliver on our brand promise of comfort, great WiFi & workspace and meaningful community.
To start this next chapter of Nomadico, we don’t have to look very far. We already have amazing partners and properties within our network that are interested in working with us for longer periods of time, simply by tweaking the experience and model a bit.

Meet Nomadico Flow
Nomadico Flow was born with the intention of offering meaningful community coliving, often in smaller properties, with a simplified, more free-flow experience that allows us to open more destinations and seasons around the world.
It is important to note that our usual Nomadico standards of reliable Wifi and workspace, comfortable rooms and ample common areas all apply for Nomadico Flow.
Some examples of new seasons we will be able to offer with Nomadico Flow:
Cle’s House in Floripa: mid-Dec - end of Feb (summer)
Tarifa Casa: Spring & Autumn

What is the main difference vs current Nomadicos?
We will not have an active Nomadico community manager in these locations during these periods. Considering these locations are bustling with life and activities during these months, that there will be weekly events organized by our partners, and that these are great, smaller properties that already foster a lot of community and connections naturally, we know this can be the perfect experience for many people, especially those who do not mind going a bit more with the flow.
